We are transitioning from USER to USAGE based billing.
That USAGE is based on our budget and the logged consumption of our API.
Annual Invoices will Convert to Monthly as those agreements expire.

API and SMS are recorded and billed separately SMS at .009
No Client will bill more that $500/month in API
No client will bill less than $50/month in API
Each month, the API count is Counted and Ranked.
We bill in arrears.

 

The top and bottom 10% clients are billed $500/ or $50, plus SMS.
The remaining clients are billed the remaining, weighted portion, of the budget,
somewhere between $500 and $50, based on Rank of API USAGE, plus SMS .
This means your monthly bill will fluctuate, based on USAGE.
